Product Development Operations Partnership Manager

Role: The Partnership Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end supply chain activities supporting Arrowhead’s out-licensing collaborations and regional commercial partnerships. Responsibilities: manage clinical and commercial supply for partner products globally, serve as the primary liaison, translate contracts into operational plans, support demand and supply planning, coordinate order-to-delivery logistics, and collaborate on regulatory and quality interface. Also, lead cross-functional initiatives, develop KPIs, mitigate supply risks, and drive continuous improvements to scale partnership operations. Requirements: B.S. in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain, including 3+ years in partner-facing roles managing clinical and/or commercial supply, with strong knowledge of GxP, ICH, and pharmaceutical regulations. Preferred: advanced degree, supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS), experience with RNAi or biologics, and familiarity with global pharma partners such as Takeda, GSK, or Novartis. High-value: involvement with biologics, oligonucleotides, gene therapies, temperature-controlled products, and support of global regulatory filings. Collaboration with CMC, manufacturing, regulatory, legal, and finance teams is essential.
