Product Development Mgr

Role: Lead project management for a portfolio of 2-3 pharmaceutical product development projects, ensuring milestones are achieved efficiently. Responsibilities: develop and own comprehensive development plans, identify and mitigate risks, lead stage gate reviews via the Aquestive Product Development Process, facilitate cross-functional alignment (including clinical, regulatory, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams), manage external pipeline projects, and communicate project status to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's in science or business, 7+ years managing pharma product development projects, proven project management results, strong leadership and cross-functional skills, excellent communication, and analytical abilities.
