Product Developer

Role: Product Developer focused on innovating abrasive products by leveraging scientific and engineering expertise, collaborating cross-functionally to develop high-performance solutions. Responsibilities include applying new technologies, building product concepts, scaling up to manufacturing, and generating intellectual property, with an emphasis on problem-solving and experimentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering field, with at least 8 years of experience in product or technology development related to nonwovens, composites, or abrasives. Preferred: Ph.D. in polymers, abrasives, or nonwovens, and experience with chemistries, scale-up processes, and IP strategies. High-Value: expertise in abrasives, nonwovens, or related chemistries; hands-on experimentation skills; experience in phase-gate commercialization; cross-functional collaboration; on-site work model in Maplewood, MN, with up to 10% travel.
