Product & Business Analysis

Responsibilities:
- Partner with R&D scientists/product managers/technical teams to analyze lab workflows and define business & functional requirements.
- Act as SME for lab systems for experimental design, data capture, and analysis.
- Use agile product model practices to maintain user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation aligned to roadmaps.
- Support implementation/configuration and lifecycle management of laboratory systems and R&D informatics platforms.
- Evaluate enhancements, integrations, and upgrades with vendors and internal engineering.
- Ensure lab data capture/storage/retrieval supports reproducibility and downstream analysis.
- Partner with Quality for validation, change control, and UAT; contribute to SOPs and validation documentation.
- Serve as primary R&D user contact; gather feedback, improve workflows, and support onboarding/training.
- Monitor system usage and user feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- 2+ years as IT Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar.
- Working knowledge of GxP regulations for R&D IT systems.
- Ability to translate scientific workflows into technical/product requirements.
Preferred:
- Background in pharma/biotech/life sciences R&D.
- Familiarity with regulated SaaS and agile/product-centric IT.
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations for laboratory information systems in pharma R&D.
