Procurement Manager, Capital Projects

Role: Procurement Management Lead responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contracting, with a focus on delivering value aligned with category strategies. Responsibilities: manage activities from sourcing to contracting, collaborate with Category Managers and Directors on procurement strategies, ensure compliance with policies, drive supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives, implement risk mitigation plans, and lead contract execution excellence. Additionally, lead a team of specialists, set performance targets, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders including business leads and procurement teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; minimum 7 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, with prior team management experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills required; engineering background preferred. High-Value: experience with capital expenditure projects, procurement in the pharmaceutical industry preferred; understanding of supply chain processes relevant to biopharma manufacturing or R&D.
