Purpose:
The Manager, Procurement Management is responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from strategic sourcing to contracting, ensuring execution aligned with category strategic vision. Oversees supplier selection and management, maintains compliance with procurement policies, and executes tactical processes for supplier diversity and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage activities from strategic sourcing to contracting, aligned with category strategic vision.
- Partner with Category Manager and Associate Directors to execute Indirect Capital subcategory-specific procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policy and supplier diversity/sustainability requirements; execute tactical value-creation processes.
- Drive supplier management and alignment to SRM strategy (per Procurement Lead and Category Managers).
- Implement risk mitigation plans; provide tactical input on supplier performance and communicate procurement risks.
- Ensure excellence in contract execution (source-to-contract, requisition-to-pay) and identify process inefficiencies.
- Enable savings and assurance of supply; manage savings leakage across downstream procurement.
- Administer continuous improvement projects initiated by the PSC team.
- Lead and coach a team of Specialists; set performance targets and evaluate performance.
- Partner with other Procurement leaders and business partners to define skills, workforce/capability needs, and staffing goals.

Qualifications:
- Experience with capital expenditure (capex) projects/processes, including developing/evaluating/managing capital investment business cases (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; engineering background preferred.
- Minimum 7 years in procurement, supply chain, or related operations/business function.
- Experience managing teams and strong understanding of procurement operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
