Position Title: Procurement Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Process & Program Implementation
- Support global implementation and enhancement of procurement, Travel & Expense (T&E), and fleet management policies, procedures, and systems.
- Lead development/expansion of procurement analytics to provide actionable insights into spending patterns, process performance, and compliance.
- Partner with IT and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy new system functionality, reports, and dashboards.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), develop training materials, and communicate process/system changes.

Operations & System Administration
- Provide day-to-day support for procurement, T&E, corporate card, and fleet management processes/systems.
- Serve as subject matter expert for procurement technologies.
- Administer and optimize procurement platforms, including:
- Wheels and Mike Albert (fleet management)
- Navan (Travel & Expense)
- GEP (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle/Supplier Performance, Spend Analytics, Procure-to-Pay)
- American Express Corporate and Purchasing Card programs
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with IT/business stakeholders.

Training, Communication & Compliance
- Develop and deliver training to promote adoption of standardized procurement and T&E processes.
- Create/maintain user guides and documentation for policy/system/process updates.
- Support compliance via monitoring, reporting, and user education.

Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop/maintain procurement dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
- Analyze procurement/spend data to identify trends, risks, savings opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in procurement/supply chain with focus on S2P, T&E, system administration, fleet management, and procurement operations.
- Experience with S2P platforms (preferably GEP), T&E (preferably Navan), fleet systems (preferably Wheels), and ERP (JD Edwards and Oracle preferred); ability to execute system configuration/optimization and provide end-user support.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management and process standardization.
- Experience in global procurement processes.
