Responsibilities:
- Safely operate highly automated equipment used to fill syringes and perform required area cleaning.
- Model current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support the Line Lead in developing operators and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.

Key Objectives:
- Adhere to RTP Plant safety policies/procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow SOPs and current GMPs to ensure product quality.
- Support leadership on the manufacturing floor to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
- Proactively monitor documentation and product quality; document activities and report issues to supervision.
- Support troubleshooting; serve as a reliable point of contact for issue escalation.
- Assist Supervisor in development and training of shift operators.
- Improve safety performance, reduce deviations, improve productivity, and ensure training compliance.

Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience (education may substitute with manager discretion).

Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Demonstrated ability to train and coach others.
- Effective written/verbal communication.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (desktop software).
- 3+ years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or equivalent regulated industry.
- Scientific/technical degrees or certifications; CGMP knowledge.
- Experience with solution filling equipment and/or isolator technology; pre-filled syringe (PFS) technology.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and electronic batch release; lean manufacturing knowledge.

Additional Information / Instructions:
- Position is for the Lilly Research Triangle Park site.
- Wear safety equipment; work 12-hour night shifts (2-2-3 schedule); work off-shift for training; work overtime as required; travel <5% for training.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; sponsorship/visa support not provided.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Anticipated wage: $17.30–$34.38; eligible for company bonus and comprehensive benefits (401(k), medical/dental/vision, flexible benefits, life insurance, time off/leave, well-being benefits).
