Responsibilities:
- Safely operate highly automated equipment used to fill syringes and perform required area cleaning.
- Model current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
- Support the Line Lead in development of operators and identification of operational improvement opportunities.

Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience (education may be substituted for experience with manager discretion).

Key Objectives/Deliverables:
- Adhere to RTP Plant safety policies/procedures to contribute to a safe work environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and cGMPs to ensure product quality.
- Support leadership on the manufacturing floor by maintaining safety, quality, and productivity to ensure reliable patient supply.
- Proactively monitor documentation/product quality; document activities and report issues.
- Support troubleshooting and serve as a point of contact for shop-floor issue escalation.
- Assist supervisor with development/training of shift operators.
- Drive objectives: improve safety performance, reduce deviations, improve productivity, and ensure training compliance.

Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Train/coach others; strong written and verbal communication.
- Flexibility and problem-solving; basic desktop computer skills.
- 3+ years relevant experience in pharmaceutical or equivalent regulated industry.
- Scientific/technical degrees/certifications; CGMP knowledge.
- Prior solution filling equipment and/or isolator technology experience.
- Prior pre-filled syringe (PFS) technology.
- Prior Manufacturing Execution Systems and electronic batch release.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Additional Information:
- Lilly Research Triangle Park site.
- Wear safety equipment (glasses, shoes, gloves).
- Work 12-hour night shifts (2-2-3), off-shift training, overtime as required; travel <5% for training.
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization/visas.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Anticipated wage: $17.30–$34.38; company bonus for full-time equivalent employees; comprehensive benefits (401(k), pension, vacation, medical/dental/vision/prescription, flexible benefits, life insurance, time off/leave, and well-being benefits).
