Operations
The Position
- Support people, equipment and processes to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Provide process solutions for routine to moderate complexity issues.
- Support training for junior team members.

Essential Functions
- Partner with production and QA on deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvements using Lean tools.
- Provide training on process and procedure changes.
- Identify and implement process needs and improvement opportunities.
- Collect data for periodic reviews and reporting.
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements.
- Other accountabilities, as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (engineering, technology or related field) from an accredited university (required).
- May consider Associateโ€™s degree with 2+ years manufacturing experience.
- May consider High School/GED with 4+ years manufacturing experience.
- 3+ years manufacturing experience preferred (preferably pharmaceutical).
- Excellent written communication skills (required).
- GMP knowledge (required).
- Basic investigation and systematic problem-solving (required).
- Preferred: change control and QMS knowledge; manufacturing experience; electronic manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, PAS-X).
- Preferred: adult learning methodologies and ability to train others.
- Plus: exposure to regulatory audits/inspections.
