Process Professional I - DPM Expansions - FP Packaging (Day Shift)

Role: Support operations in fill & finish aseptic manufacturing at Novo Nordisk, focusing on process troubleshooting, deviation investigation, and continuous improvement in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities: collaborate with QA and production, lead root cause analysis, drive process enhancements using Lean tools, provide training on process updates, and assist with data collection for reviews. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or related field; 1+ year manufacturing experience (pharma preferred); GMP knowledge; strong investigation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with change control, QMS, electronic manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, PAS-X), and adult training methods.
