As a Process Operator, you will operate, challenge and clean equipment according to SOPs, JSAs, and batch documents to deliver high-quality products manufactured safely for supply chain needs. You will monitor equipment for excessive rejects, resolve minor downtime within performance expectations, identify improvement opportunities, and perform changeovers and setups to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, challenge, replenish consumable supplies, clean equipment, and perform duties in accordance with cGMPs, batch documentation, SOPs, ZSPs, and JSAs; maintain inspection readiness with minimal supervision.
- Monitor equipment for excessive rejects/stoppages; use performance data to escalate issues affecting product quality, safety, and line performance.
- Apply GSK Production System standards (5s, standard work, problem solving, Gemba, process confirmations, performance management).
- Participate in performance management entry; problem-solving steps 1–3; maintain OSW and 5S.
- Meet safety, quality, waste & performance objectives; recommend process improvements/alternative methods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment production stoppages.
- Use required systems/applications (e.g., DELTA, my Learning, Free Weigh, DISY, Active Plant, IP21, SAP basic transactions).
- Support coordination with associates/technicians; understand theory of operation, product flow, and sensor functions.
- Conduct equipment setup changeovers/start of batch to specifications; certify on multiple technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years Pharma/Manufacturing experience
- Ability to handle up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work up to 12.5 hrs. in one shift (if required)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Accurate with figures/information; effective data analysis
- Mechanically inclined; learn equipment operations, read gauges/instrumentation
- OEE knowledge; data entry/computer & HMI capability; knowledge of area applications.

Skills/Traits: reading/writing/math; MS Word/Excel; attention to detail; follow instructions; communication; work independently; data entry/HMI.

Physical Job Requirements:
- Ability to perform varied physical tasks (climb/kneel/stoop/reach/lift, etc.); wear required PPE
- Work overtime as needed; work in manufacturing environment with noise/moving parts/drug compounds
