Role: Senior Maintenance Technician supporting GMP manufacturing of oligonucleotide therapeutics, ensuring equipment reliability and process optimization. Responsibilities: perform installation, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing, utility, and lab equipment; manage maintenance documentation, spare parts, and electronic asset tracking; support systems like PLCs, SCADA, BAS; ensure safety and compliance with GMP, OSHA, and regulatory standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution. Requirements: 6+ years in manufacturing maintenance or related field; associate degree or equivalent; strong skills in fluid handling, thermal, electrical troubleshooting; ability to interpret technical drawings and documents; familiarity with regulatory environments. Preferred: 2+ years technical degree or certifications, tradesman credentials, or supervision experience.
