Shift: 2,2,3 schedule; 12-hour NIGHT SHIFT (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). 15% shift incentive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer-oriented service and support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on filling equipment, isolators, vial washers, autoclaves, parts washers, and automatic vial inspection equipment.
- Collaborate to troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Complete corrective work orders and preventative maintenance with attention to detail and required GMP documentation.
- Follow SOPs; maintain maintenance/repair logbooks.
- Support rotating on-call coverage (24/7).
- Work independently with general supervision for routine tasks.
- Perform lock-out tag-out; work overtime/off hours as needed.
- Use CMMS to find and close work orders; schedule workload with planner.
- Perform small projects as directed; use hand and power tools.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/related manufacturing (preferred).
- Occasionally climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces, lift/move test equipment up to 50 lbs, and work in clean spaces with gowning.
- Ability to stand up to 3 hours at a time.
Preferred Skills:
- Refrigeration, HVAC; clean room experience.
