Role: Process Leader overseeing warehouse operations at Bayer's Saxonburg, PA site during M4 night shift (6pm-6am). Objectives include ensuring efficient, safe receiving, storing, and shipping of products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement.
