Position Summary
As a Process Lead, lead day-to-day production activities to deliver safe, high-quality products. Coordinate people, equipment, and schedules on the shop floor; coach teams; solve problems; and partner with Quality, Engineering, and Planning.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily coordination of line processing and people allocation, including downtime accountability, shift summaries, and mentoring associates/technicians to ensure on-time, compliant completion.
- Own line-side performance management; identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and escalate issues impacting product quality/safety.
- Use GSK Production System standards (5S, standard work, problem solving, Gemba, process confirmations, performance management) to drive Zero Accidents/Defects/Waste; conduct higher-level deviation problem solving; execute/coaching.
- Deliver safety/quality/waste/performance objectives; lead process improvement and alternative operating methods with cross-functional teams.
- Provide expert advice on operations/process and SAP troubleshooting.
- Support supervisor in level 1 safety/quality inspections, SOP/Standard Work reviews, and 5S confirmations.
- Manage quality performance: deviations, investigations, batch documentation review, OJT, and corrective actions.
- Use required systems/applications (e.g., DELTA, myLearning, FreeWeigh, DISY, Active Plant, IP21, SAP transactions) to monitor trends.

Basic Qualifications (Required)
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years’ manufacturing process/technical/production operator experience.
- Experience leading people or shifts on a production floor.
- Experience running investigations and implementing corrective actions.
- Knowledge of SOPs, batch documentation, and safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year associate degree (or equivalent/active pursuit).
- Comfort with production systems and software for data/performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated performance in Senior Technical Operator/Senior Process Operator roles.
- Organizational skills; knowledge of product portfolio/manufacturing process.
- Challenge production planning as needed; English and French (written/oral).
- Understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Advanced MS Office/data analysis; ability to work independently.
- Ability to train others; root-cause problem solving using a 6-step process.

Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to wear PPE; handle up to 40 lbs; work in a manufacturing environment; and work overtime/extended shifts (up to 12.5 hours).
