Responsibilities
- Take ownership and lead elements of strategic project workstreams.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze automation, AI, and process requirements; facilitate workshops/interviews/surveys and convert inputs into testable User Stories.
- Leverage core systems to locate process data; partner with data owners to identify data sources for process models.
- Produce and demonstrate current/desired-state process models (e.g., BPMN; CPM/Celonis Process Modeling) and present data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct process analyses to identify inefficiencies and opportunities using AI, Automation, and Process Intelligence; visualize workflows.
- Lead development/analysis of POV/POC process mining models and business process digital twins, including requirements traceability, SDLC documentation, UAT, data source validation, and data profiling.
- Use process intelligence toolsets (process models, task mining/mapping, digital twins) to document improvement opportunities; prioritize process adherence value opportunities and KPI development.
- Translate requirements into data specifications; use ETL/data transformation concepts for data lineage and dataset validation.
- Support SDLC activities (planning through maintenance) and maintain SDLC documentation.
- Develop test cases/scripts for automated and AI-driven solutions; support UAT.
- Engage stakeholders to communicate findings, present recommendations, support change management, and lead project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs or higher in relevant fields (Math/Stats/Econ/Business IS/Engineering/CS/MIS/Finance/Accounting/Science).
- 3+ years relevant experience; 3+ years business analysis, process design, or process improvement.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, ability to work independently; collaborative and customer-oriented.
