Responsibilities
- Lead elements of strategic project workstreams; collaborate with global stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Leverage core systems/process data; partner with data owners to identify sources for process models.
- Produce, validate, and demonstrate process models and data-driven recommendations.
- Model current-state and desired process scenarios using standards (e.g., BPMN) and tools (e.g., Celonis Process Modelling).
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies/opportunities for AI, automation, and process intelligence; facilitate workshops/interviews/surveys and convert findings into testable user stories.
- Lead development and analysis of data-driven POV/POC process mining models (digital twins); support digital twin deliverables across SDLC, including requirement traceability, UAT, data-source validation, data profiling, and sustainment.
- Translate business requirements into data specifications; use ETL/data lineage concepts.
- Support SDLC phases with documentation (requirements, designs, test plans, user manuals) and develop test cases/scripts for automated/AI solutions; support UAT.
- Engage stakeholders to communicate findings, present recommendations, and maintain alignment; stay current on automation/AI/process intelligence trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science/MIS, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, or Science.
- 3+ years relevant experience analyzing business performance and solving problems using information.
- 3+ years business analysis, process design, or process improvement experience.
- Strong communication, organization, independent work ability, collaboration, and customer orientation.
