Role: Maintenance Technician specialized in Process Instrumentation within Lilly's pharmaceutical manufacturing. Objectives: ensure equipment uptime, calibration, and reliability of process instrumentation for production and utility systems. Responsibilities: install, set up, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and process instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, pH, level transmitters); diagnose electrical issues; operate test equipment; support equipment qualification; document work accurately in CMMS systems. Requirements: high school diploma/GED; associate degree or technical certification in Electrical/Automation/Instrumentation; minimum 3 years of instrumentation maintenance experience; ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits from 24 VDC to 480 VAC. Preferred: experience in regulated, FDA-compliant manufacturing environments; proficiency with Maximo CMMS, MS Word/Excel; strong documentation, teamwork, and safety practices. High-Value: focus on process instrumentation in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, with exposure to GMP standards; work involves 12-hour night shifts with overtime and shift flexibility; location: Indianapolis, Indiana. Collaboration: works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Labs, and other teams.
