Responsibilities:
- Assist with equipment operations and work with stakeholders/vendors to anticipate and resolve mechanical and automated equipment issues while adhering to cGMPs.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment with moderate supervision and update BMRAM for accurate records.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues on production equipment and ensure problems are addressed quickly.
- Maintain proficiency with GMP Maintenance activities.
- Assist with maintenance proposals, purchase order approval, and procurement of spare parts from external vendors.
- Escort external vendors during site visits for maintenance on production equipment.
- Support quality events/deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and TrackWise action items related to DPI manufacturing and kitting.
- Support validations, special projects, audits, and other requirements (may include some travel).
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, pharma/biotech, or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience troubleshooting/repair of pneumatic, electronic, and hydraulic control systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of test equipment (e.g., digital voltmeters, temperature probes, pneumatic calibrators).
- Customer-focused; ability to multi-task and maintain high-quality work.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Associate Degree in mechanical or related technical/vocational studies.
- Experience with automation systems/platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and operate complex automation systems.
- Experience using regulated databases such as BMRAM or Cal Man.
