Process Engineer (Soda Springs, ID.)

Role: Process Engineer responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of active ingredients at Ruveon’s Soda Springs facility. Objectives include maintaining operations, troubleshooting routine issues, and driving performance improvements. Responsibilities encompass tactical decision-making on safety, quality, waste reduction, capacity, and reliability; coordinating with production planners; developing performance metrics; and leading plant performance investigations. They serve as process experts during plant design, construction, and optimization projects, while creating and maintaining operational documentation, including SOPs, P&IDs, and PHA documentation. The role involves proposing plant trials for process enhancements, managing environmental data submissions, and supporting site improvement initiatives. Collaboration spans site management, shift leaders, maintenance, QHSE, corporate production planners, and raw materials procurement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering or expected completion by August 2027; preferred experience in industrial manufacturing settings. The position is eligible for domestic relocation. It involves day-to-day operational support, plant troubleshooting, and process optimization within a chemical manufacturing context, with a focus on agrochemical production in compliance with environmental and safety standards.
