Process Engineer III

Role: Manufacturing Operations Specialist focused on driving operational excellence through process optimization within a medical device manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: lead and implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement; analyze production processes for waste reduction, capacity increase, and efficiency gains; facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events and root cause analysis; develop and sustain corrective actions, track KPIs such as OEE, downtime, scrap, and productivity; partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and EHS teams; coach staff on Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies; foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or related field; minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience preferred; expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control; proven success in implementing measurable process improvements.
