Operations
The Position
- Support the ongoing development of department processes.
- Support daily operations and continuous improvement of department processes, ensuring system & equipment reliability to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide routine support and troubleshooting for the manufacturing facility.

Essential Functions
- Support operations through process knowledge sharing, critical decision-making, and strategy.
- Drive equipment qualification & optimization and validation of equipment/processes.
- Coach & mentor team members.
- Drive process monitoring for key process parameters and track initiatives.
- Identify and collaborate on interfaces to other processes and support systems.
- Coordinate and collaborate between site stakeholders.
- Gather and ensure knowledge transfer from similar Novo Nordisk production sites.
- Own self-development and partner with manager on development needs for career path.
- Generate, justify, and implement improvement concepts.
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant technical field from an accredited university (required).
- Minimum four (4) years engineering/technical experience (preferably in a GMP-regulated environment).
- cLEAN 1Star Certified (required).
- Knowledge of authority requirements/expectations (e.g., FDA) (preferred).
- Functional knowledge across track with expertise in one or more operation (required).
- Ability to provide support for a 24/7 operational business (required).

Physical Requirements (selected)
- Move equipment/supplies up to 33 lbs; operate/inspect equipment; stand up to a 12-hour shift; may work around hazardous/odorous materials; may work at elevated heights.
