The Position
Improve/develop systems and equipment for core processes to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements through People Focus, Process Focus, Equipment Focus, and Standards “Gatekeeper”.

Essential Functions
- Coach and mentor peers and Shopfloor personnel; support technical development
- Use advanced cLEAN tools for problem solving, project, and change management
- Lead cross-functional process improvements
- Develop performance improvement plans using green belt concepts
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Support event response activities
- Implement better practices and share knowledge across OFP sites
- Maintain and establish standards for procedures and maintenance plans
- Support global OFP collaboration initiatives
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; 1 year engineering experience in maintenance, design, process improvement, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification (equivalent preferred)
- Associate’s degree considered with 2 years experience required
- High school/GED considered with 4 years experience required
- 3 years experience preferred
- Knowledge of Instrument & Electrical, Mechanical, Control/SCADA/PLCs, Process Improvement Methodologies; RCA and RCM a plus
