The Position
Provide routine support and troubleshooting for the manufacturing facility. Improve system and equipment reliability for core processes to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions
- Support validation and verification within area
- Ensure quality of equipment and processes
- Support process improvement projects for assigned area
- Support manufacturing operations and provide technical support to operating facilities to meet business goals
- Generate ideas and support implementation for improvement within area
- Own self-development and partner with manager on development needs for desired career path
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant technical field from an accredited university (required)
- May consider Associateโs degree plus 3 years of engineering/technical experience, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment
- May consider High School diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of engineering/technical experience, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment
- Minimum 1 year of engineering/technical experience, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment
Required/Preferred Skills
- Functional knowledge in assigned area (required)
- Ability to work in a team (required)
- Experience with design of requirements documents (plus)
- Knowledge of regulatory authority expectations (e.g., FDA) (plus)
- Experience with Process Control Systems (plus)
- Ability to build networks and facilitate cross-organizational knowledge sharing (plus)
- Ability to support a 24/7 operational business (required)
