Process Engineer 2

Role: Process Engineer II within the GMSAT team at Just Evotec Biologics, focusing on the design, development, procurement, and validation of manufacturing equipment and technologies for biologics production. Responsibilities include evaluating new and existing technologies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, developing design and validation documentation, supporting equipment integration with automation systems, and facilitating procurement and implementation. The role also involves creating SOPs, maintenance plans, and participating in regulatory inspections and audits. Qualifications: BS in engineering, sciences, or related life sciences with 2-5 years of relevant industry experience; strong knowledge of cGMP, biologic processing (notably monoclonal antibodies), and single-use systems; experience with automation and validation protocols. Preferred: experience with continuous manufacturing, DeltaV automation, and global project teams. High-Value: biologics manufacturing, monoclonal antibody processes, single-use systems, validation and CQV expertise, site-based role, with a focus on process improvement and regulatory compliance.
