Process Development Senior Scientist

Role: Process Development Senior Scientist supporting biologics drug product formulation and process development at Amgen, focusing on ADCs and late-stage biologics. Responsibilities: design and execute formulation studies, optimize process understanding across unit operations, apply advanced data analytics including AI/ML, and support technology transfer and regulatory documentation. Requirements: PhD in Pharmaceutics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field with 2–4 years postdoctoral or industry experience; proven experience in biologics formulation, stability, and fill/finish, especially ADCs; expertise in analytical techniques such as UPLC/HPLC, SEC, IEX, and biophysical methods. Preferred: direct ADC formulation experience, understanding linker-payload stability, CQAs, and regulatory contributions.
