Role: Process Development Scientist supporting early clinical development of oral drug products, primarily platform IR tablets and amorphous solid dispersions (ASDs). Responsibilities: develop and optimize formulations and processes; conduct lab studies for material characterization, process performance, and manufacturing approaches; support GMP manufacturing of enabling formulations, especially ASDs, and platform IR tablets. Qualifications: Doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences, materials science, or related field, or Masterโ€™s with 2+ years or Bachelorโ€™s with 4+ years of scientific experience. Preferred skills: GMP experience with ASDs via hot-melt extrusion or spray-dried dispersions; GMP processing troubleshooting; regulatory documentation experience; knowledge of physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling tools.
