Requirements: Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 1+ years of experience (or Bachelor’s with 3+ years); strong understanding of unit operations for oral solid dosage forms, formulation stability, and manufacturing impact on product quality; problem-solving and communication skills; proactive and innovative mindset. Preferred: industry experience in synthetic molecule formulation, expertise with spray drying, HME, roller compaction, and compression processes; familiarity with digital tools and process automation.
