Process Chemist

Role: Process Chemist supporting manufacturing operations through analytical and process improvement expertise. Responsibilities: perform complex chromatography work (GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS), troubleshoot in real-time, design experiments, interpret data, lead root cause analyses, support deviations and CAPA, and author technical documentation. Drive continuous chromatography capability enhancements, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related; 8+ years of hands-on experience with GC and HPLC/UHPLC, including troubleshooting and validation; strong technical writing skills; ability to lead investigations. Preferred: experience with LCMS, GCMS, GMP environments, method validation/transfer, and statistical tools.
