Skills include automation system design, controls, validation, project management, and troubleshooting with platforms like Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, and robotics. High-value specifics: biologics manufacturing, device assembly, facility startup, validation, and integration of complex automation systems. Collaboration involves Engineering, Quality, Operations, IT, OEMs, and global platform teams. Work setup: 8-hour days, rotational on-call; travel up to 50% during build-up, 5-10% post-startup.
