Principal Technology Product Management

Role: Principal Technology Product Management supporting Therapeutics Discovery at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on scientific, digital, data, automation, and technology initiatives. Responsibilities: lead complex business analysis efforts, conduct discovery and assessment activities, translate science and operational needs into actionable solutions, and support process improvements. Engage stakeholders across scientific and technology teams, facilitate workshops, define future-state operating models, and promote organizational change. Contribute to developing analysis standards and mentor other Business Analysts. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, IT, Business, or related field; 7+ years in Business Analysis, Product Management, or related roles; experience leading cross-functional initiatives; strong communication and stakeholder influence skills; familiarity with AI tools is advantageous. Preferred: experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or scientific environments; familiarity with laboratory, data, automation, or AI technologies; Agile or hybrid delivery experience; professional certifications in Business Analysis.
