Principal Supply Chain Data Engineer & Analytics Lead

Role: Principal Supply Chain Data Engineer and Analytics Lead, driving supply chain transformation through data modeling, analytics, and insights. Responsibilities: develop scalable data pipelines and models from enterprise systems; create dashboards, scorecards, and predictive tools; analyze complex supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements; support decision-making with AI-enabled insights; collaborate with IT to enhance data infrastructure and governance; and promote process automation and standardization. Requirements: Bachelor’s in supply chain, engineering, data science, or related; 5+ years in supply chain analytics, data engineering, or consulting; proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.); strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment; excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in fast-paced environments. Preferred: experience supporting logistics transformation, warehouse optimization, and working in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals; knowledge of supply chain platforms like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Manhattan; certifications in data analytics, supply chain management, or Lean Six Sigma.
