Principal / Senior Principal Biostatistician

Role: Principal or Senior Principal Biostatistician leading statistical activities in early phase drug development at Novartis. Responsibilities: oversee all statistical tasks for assigned trials, including protocol development, statistical analysis plans, and reporting; collaborate with clinical, regulatory, data management, and other teams to drive decision-making and ensure quality deliverables; implement innovative trial designs and methodologies; contribute to external scientific engagements. Requirements: PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics or MS with extensive experience; experience at senior biostatistics levels; proficiency in R and/or SAS; strong communication skills in English.
