Role: Principal Scientist of Translational PK/PD Modeling at Regeneron, focusing on developing quantitative and mechanistic models to support target biology understanding, therapeutic modality optimization, and early clinical dose selection. Responsibilities: create and implement PK/PD models for preclinical to clinical translation, guide dose predictions, support cross-disciplinary teams in designing pharmacology studies, and contribute to the strategic direction of modeling sciences. Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacology, Quantitative Pharmacology, and R&D experts, share insights through presentations and publications, and mentor junior staff. Requirements: Ph.D. (4+ years) or M.S. (6+ years) in pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or applied mathematics, with proven expertise in quantitative PK/PD modeling and simulation. Industry experience and proficiency with platforms like NONMEM, Monolix, or MATLAB are essential. Knowledge of biologics (monoclonal/bispecific antibodies, gene therapy, CAR-T, siRNAs) and PBPK modeling is preferred. High-Value: focus on biologics and emerging modalities, early-stage clinical development, and modeling to inform dose selection. Work setup: on-site in Tarrytown, NY, four days/week.
