Role: Principal Scientist leading biomarker strategy and execution within Neuroscience drug development, focusing on translational and clinical biomarkers across early to late phases. Responsibilities: develop integrated, decision-centric biomarker plans aligned with mechanisms of action, disease biology, and clinical endpoints; serve as biomarker representative in cross-functional teams; interpret complex biomarker and clinical data; evaluate emerging technologies; communicate findings to stakeholders; mentor biomarker scientists. Qualifications: Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent with 10+ years in neuroscience, translational medicine, or biomarker science; proven expertise in designing and executing biomarker strategies in drug development; strong understanding of neurodegeneration, neurological disorders, and clinical modality integration (fluid sampling, imaging); experience with pharmacodynamics, patient stratification, and precision medicine; skilled in cross-disciplinary collaboration, data interpretation, and strategic planning; excellent communication skills.
