Role: Principal Scientist providing strategic biomarker leadership in cardiovascular, metabolic, infectious diseases, and vaccines development, guiding translational and clinical biomarker strategies across early to late phases. Responsibilities: develop integrated biomarker plans aligning disease biology, mechanism of action, and clinical endpoints; serve as biomarker expert in cross-functional teams; interpret complex datasets to inform progression decisions; explore disease heterogeneity, response, and resistance; evaluate emerging biomarker technologies; communicate findings to stakeholders; mentor biomarker scientists and support external scientific collaborations. Qualifications: Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent with extensive experience in translational or clinical biomarker strategies within drug or vaccine development; expertise in cardiovascular, metabolic, infectious disease, or immunology; proven ability to translate hypotheses into actionable biomarker strategies; strong analytical, scientific communication, and cross-functional leadership skills; working knowledge of bioinformatics, biostatistics, and multidimensional data analysis. Preferred: experience supporting multiple clinical stages, in precision medicine, and in relevant therapeutic areas.
