Role: Principal Scientist providing strategic and scientific leadership in biomarker development within the Neuroscience portfolio, supporting early to late clinical development. Responsibilities: develop integrated biomarker strategies aligned with disease biology and therapeutic mechanisms; translate scientific hypotheses into actionable biomarker plans for target engagement, patient stratification, and response assessment; serve as biomarker representative on cross-functional teams; interpret complex datasets and communicate findings; evaluate emerging biomarker technologies. Qualifications: Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent with 10+ years in neuroscience, translational medicine, or biomarker science; proven expertise in translating hypotheses into clinical biomarker strategies; strong understanding of mechanism of action, disease biology, pharmacodynamics, and clinical development processes; experience in neuroscience, neurodegeneration, or neurological disorders preferred; excellent communication and leadership skills.
