Responsibilities:
- Design and complete experiments to refine linker chemistry, payload stability, and delivery efficiency for antibody-oligo conjugates
- Analyze conjugates using HPLC, LC-MS, and bioassays to ensure purity, identity, and functional potency
- Lead project stand-ups, mentor scientists and research associates, and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Partner with Process Development and Manufacturing to scale conjugation methods for preclinical supply
- Scout and evaluate emerging bioconjugation or RNA delivery technologies; propose data-driven innovation projects
- Present program updates and strategic recommendations to senior R&D leadership and cross-functional partners

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field with 5+ years of postdoctoral or industry experience in antibody/oligonucleotide conjugation
- Validated expertise in bioconjugation, oligonucleotide therapeutics, and advanced analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, bioassays)
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and a track record advancing candidates toward preclinical or clinical development
