Key Accountabilities
- Technology Development: Contribute to the development of radiochemistry technologies aligned with business objectives.
- Pipeline Innovation and Portfolio Advancement: Evaluate, develop, and integrate radiochemistry innovations into the R&D pipeline for scalable manufacturing and tech transfer.
- Scientific and Technological Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert; design, develop, and implement innovative radiochemistry solutions for research, development, and manufacturing.
- Clinical Applications: Advise clinical teams to develop and implement radiopharmaceutical applications for diagnostic imaging and therapeutic interventions.
- Technology Partnerships and Collaborations: Pursue partnerships with technology vendors, research institutions, and healthcare providers.
- Thought Leadership and Scientific Influence: Represent the company in international forums and shape industry/regulatory-scientific dialogue.
- Regulatory and Compliance Leadership: Ensure radiochemistry development can comply with global regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP, ICH, CNSC) and engage with regulatory teams/external agencies.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate scientific, technical, and regulatory risks.
- Change Enablement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scientific quality, and innovation.
Education and Experience
- Ph.D. (or equivalent) plus 5+ years in Chemistry/Radiochemistry (or related field) R&D.
- Deep expertise in radiopharmaceutical design and translation.
- Healthcare/life sciences innovation and technology development experience.
- Experience leading complex technical programs across development stages.
