Principal Scientist, R&D Data, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence - Immunology

Role: Principal Scientist, R&D Data, Data Science & AI (DDSAI) in Immunology, focusing on designing and implementing data science, digital health, and AI strategies aligned with immunology R&D priorities. Responsibilities: collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI and data-driven opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies like generative AI, and develop scalable, reusable digital capabilities; analyze scientific workflows for process improvements; communicate findings to leadership; and support broader R&D initiatives. Requirements: Masters in engineering, mathematics, or related science with ≥4 years of relevant experience; experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D, healthcare, or data science; strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills; familiarity with healthcare datasets and AI applications. Preferred: PhD, experience supporting immunology or other therapeutic areas, proficiency in Python, R, SQL, cloud platforms, and machine learning, and prior digital transformation delivery.
