Principal Scientist, Product Champion

Role: Principal Scientist, Product Champion, providing technical leadership for sterile drug products across sites. Responsibilities: lead aseptic drug product matrix teams, manage product lifecycle documents, support technology transfers, review/regulatory filings, and drive product robustness and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional experts and represent the drug product on technical teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 9+ years in biologics/sterile liquid drug manufacturing or technology transfer; advanced degrees preferred. Expertise in biologics/vaccine aseptic processing, process validation, quality systems, and regulatory interactions. Strong technical writing, critical thinking, and matrix support abilities required; experience with Lyophilization and statistical process tools preferred. High-Value: biologics, sterile liquid drugs, aseptic manufacturing, lifecycle management, technology transfer, regulatory filings, and process robustness. Work setup: hybrid or onsite; up to 30% travel.
