Designs, develops, and executes formulation and process engineering for late-stage drug product development (Phase I through commercial). Manages product development programs with a Quality by Design (QbD) mindset, covering formulation screening, process development, scale-up, packaging, and stability testing of oral solid drug products. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners (CDMOs), representing CMC within project teams.
Requirements
- Requires a BS/BS degree in a relevant science field
- 8+ years of experience in late-phase product development
- Experience in solid dosage form development
- Familiarity with QbD framework
