Role: Principal Scientist in Precision Medicine Strategy within Translational Medicine, supporting clinical biomarker strategies across Immunology & Inflammation, Ophthalmology, and Infectious Diseases portfolios. Responsibilities: define and lead biomarker strategies from concept through execution, collaborate with research, clinical teams, and external partners to develop and implement assay methodologies, and interpret biomarker data to inform clinical decisions. Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to clinical protocols, reports, and publications. Requirements: Ph.D. in Immunology or related field with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech research or clinical development; strong communication skills and experience in biomarker assay development, validation, and strategy are essential. Preferred: proven impact on drug development programs, experience authoring industry documents, and advanced immunology expertise.
