Role: Principal Scientist leading bioanalytical efforts for biologics within the PDMB group, supporting discovery programs in immunology and oncology. Responsibilities: develop and oversee ligand binding assays and mass spectrometry methods; manage a team of scientists; serve as a project-team representative providing bioanalytical expertise for PK, PD, immunogenicity, and biomarker data; collaborate with cross-functional discovery and early development teams across multiple sites to optimize drug candidate profiling. Requirements: Ph.D. (6+ years) or Master's (10+ years) in biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacology, or related; proven leadership in bioanalytical method development for biologics; experience interpreting PK/PD data and supporting translational pharmacology; strong communication and team management skills. Preferred: hands-on experience with PBPK modeling (Phoenix WinNonlin, MATLAB), supporting early to late-stage oncology/immunology programs, and engineering strategies to improve biologic pharmacokinetics. High-Value: biologics (monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, engineered proteins), immunology and oncology therapeutic areas, drug discovery to early development stages, bioanalytical assay development, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic PK/PD data interpretation. Work Setup: Boston-based with 10% travel.
