Role: Principal Scientist leading DMPK efforts within pharmacokinetics, dynamics, metabolism, and bioanalytics for drug discovery and early clinical development, focusing on small molecules, peptides, and protein therapeutics. Responsibilities: characterize and optimize ADME and PK properties, design and analyze in vitro/in vivo studies related to drug disposition, PK/PD, and safety; manage bioanalytical teams; collaborate across discovery and development teams in multiple locations; contribute to global DMPK strategies. Requirements: Ph.D. with 6+ years or Master's with 10+ years in biochemistry, pharmacology, or related fields; proven experience leading DMPK projects, data analysis (e.g., Phoenix WinNonlin), and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred: experience with translational PK/PD modeling, PBPK software, and supporting immunology/oncology programs from early discovery to IND. High-value: emphasis on oncology and immunology therapeutic areas, multiple modalities, early-stage development, and cross-disciplinary team leadership. Work setup: based at Boston research labs, with 10% travel.
