Role: Principal Scientist in Pharmaceutical Analytical Sciences leading development of analytical methods for small molecules, peptides, mRNA, oligonucleotides, and bioconjugates across drug development stages from early research to commercialization. Responsibilities: lead analytical teams, design scientific studies, develop control strategies, author regulatory submissions (IND, NDA, BLA), and implement novel technologies for product characterization. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory teams; mentor junior scientists; represent the team in internal and external scientific forums. Requirements: PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences (7+ years), or equivalent with deep expertise in analytical method development, validation, and control strategies; experience supporting clinical trial materials and regulatory filings; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: hands-on chromatography (LC, GC), mass spectrometry, characterization of complex modalities including biologics, mRNA, or conjugates; experience with high-throughput data analysis; established scientific publication record.
