Principal Scientist – Multiscale Separations Team Lead

Role: Principal Scientist leading Separation Sciences within Analytical Enabling Capabilities in Rahway, NJ, supporting drug development across modalities including small molecules, biologics, peptides, and ADCs. Responsibilities: provide scientific leadership in chromatography and purification workflows (HPLC, SFC, LCMS), support structure-activity and impurity studies, develop innovative technologies and workflows, mentor staff, and collaborate cross-functionally with process chemistry, analytical sciences, automation, informatics, and external vendors. Requirements: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of industry experience supporting pharmaceutical R&D; expertise in chromatography, purification, and analytical separation techniques; experience with multiple modalities, scale-up, and cGMP is preferred.
