Role: Principal Scientist in Molecular Genomics, leading development and validation of PCR and NGS-based biomarker assays to support translational medicine and clinical programs in oncology and immunology. Responsibilities: design, optimize, qualify, validate, and perform molecular assays (including GEP, genotyping, ctDNA) for clinical and translational research; oversee assay qualification, troubleshoot, and ensure data quality; evaluate emerging technologies; lead assay transfer and documentation; collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, data analysis, and vendor partners; mentor junior staff and drive operational excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences with 4+ to 8+ years of experience; extensive hands-on expertise in PCR, qPCR, NGS, GEP, genotyping, and variant analysis; proven success in developing clinical genomics assays within pharma, biotech, or diagnostics; strong understanding of assay validation, quality control, and clinical sample analysis; excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
