Principal Scientist, Medicinal Chemistry

Role: Senior Medicinal Chemist leading drug discovery projects to optimize small molecule leads within neuropharmacology. Responsibilities: devise and execute medicinal chemistry strategies, lead synthesis and analog library design, analyze complex data to inform hypotheses, collaborate on patent and publication efforts, and supervise lab teams and external CROs. Contributes to multidisciplinary teams focused on advancing compounds through preclinical stages.
